Wonderful Home
My husband and I have been living here for over a year and a half and we are so happy here. The staff is friendly and maintenance ... is on point. Whenever we have called in any issue, it has been fixed within 2 days. Just recently I have picked up a part time job and working late hours. I was having a hard time seeing the parking lot lines. I called the office to see if that was something they could work on and not even a week later the lines were darker! I have never lived in a community that was so helpful and considerate. We are here since May 2017. Appliances in the apartment units are very old. However the rent they charge is high for ... such old units and appliances kitchen top, dish washer, microwave, AC units etc. Overall community needs upgrading apartment units. My husband and I have been living here for 6 months and we love it. I always have a parking spot near my apartment and ... that is one thing that has always been an issue with other communities. Our unit looks over the Ranch so it's like we live in the country, but so close to food and things to do. Staff and maintenance listen and always get things done quickly. The only complaint I would have is the gym. It needs a bit of attention, but most of the machines are usually working. We will be staying here as long as the rent doesn't go up too much. The office staff is wonderful and the maintenance staff is amazing. Any issue I have ever had has been taken care of immediately. ... The manager is great about calling in outside help if needed. I moved into Ventana Oaks after a terrible 6 months period in another apartment complex that changed my life. The Ventana ... Staff have been amazing to my family. They are extremely nice, down to earth, patient and accommodating. You have no idea how it feels to want to hug the leasing office team every time I see them. when I moved into my apartment it was perfect. The gate is always closed so we feel secure. We have a giant apartment for the price we pay and we just absolutely love it. The grounds are always clean and maintenance team came and installed extra shelves in my closet so i would have room for all of my stuff lol!!!!! I just cannot say enough.
